Self-Pay Rates

Initial Psychiatric Evaluation: $300.00

(An initial psychiatric evaluation is required for all new patients.)

Follow-up Medication Management Visits:

• First 30 minutes -$150.00
• Over 30 minutes – $75.00 per 15 minutes

(Follow-up visits occur after the initial intake and are scheduled through your provider.)

Psychotherapy (known as talk therapy)

• Individual $135.00 Per 50-minute session

Report/Documents Fee: $50.00/15 minutes required to complete (Includes staff time) (examples: FMLA, pet letters, other) (CASH PAYMENT ONLY)

Cancellation less than 24 hours notice or no show:

$150.00 per occurrence, charged to the card on file.
