We provide services to individuals aged 12 and older with mild to moderate needs for medication management. We do not accept severe mental health cases. The provider will assess the level of need during the initial psychiatric evaluation and, if necessary, during follow-up visits for established patients.

How can I contact behavioral services if I need to speak with a provider?
You can contact us, and we’ll respond within 24 to 48 hours. For urgent matters or emergencies, please call 911 or visit the nearest emergency room.
Do you accept insurance?
We don’t accept insurance directly but can provide a superbill for you to submit for potential reimbursement. Check with your insurance provider for coverage details and procedures. You’ll be responsible for this process.
Do you offer psychological testing?
We don’t offer psychological testing, but we recommend seeing a specialist who does.
Do you treat children?
Yes, from age 12 and up.
How do I request a medication refill?
Contact your pharmacy to see if you have remaining refills. If not, the pharmacy will request authorization from your provider. Make sure to request refills before running out and check your insurance coverage. Note that if you miss 2 consecutive appointments, refills cannot be processed until you’ve been seen by a provider. You can request refills for non-controlled substances up to 7 days in advance.
What is your payment policy?
We process payments before your appointment to secure it. Thank you for your understanding.
How do I prepare for my telehealth visit?
Log in to the patient portal about 10-15 minutes early to fix any tech issues. You can use your phone or computer. Make sure you’re connected to our secure portal, and check your internet, equipment, and lighting.
What is the waiting time before a visit is considered a no-show?
For initial visits, the waiting time is 15 minutes. If you’re not logged in within 15 minutes, it will be marked as a no-show and billed accordingly. For follow-up and talk therapy visits, the waiting time is 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, it will be considered a no-show. Please use our secure portal for consultations, and ensure you have a stable internet connection, tested equipment, and a quiet, well-lit space for your visit.
What is your policy for appointment cancellations or no-shows?
If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or do not show up, a $150 fee will be charged to the card on file. This fee must be settled before you can schedule your next appointment.
Do I need to put a credit card on file?
Yes, a credit card on file is required. We use it to secure your appointment and process payment in advance. This card will also be used for any cancellations without prior notice or no-shows. To complete this, fill out the Credit Card Authorization Form available in the Patient Portal on our website. Please submit this form before your next appointment or when scheduling a new one to ensure everything is set up properly.
Do you help with leave of absence, disability, or accommodation paperwork?
We can help patients who’ve been with us for over 6 months with leave and accommodation forms. We don’t handle disability paperwork or serious mental illness documentation.
